Strengthening Brand Identity

Although foil is widely assumed to increase "shelf pop," the incremental costs have prevented many companies from using foil as a long-term packaging strategy. Part of the problem has been the lack of hard evidence to justify the investment in foil. Perception Research Services conducted a large study that explored the use of foil stamping on packaging across seven product categories, including food, beverage, health/beauty and personal care products. The results confirmed that foil packaging can "add-value" across many categories and dimensions of packaging effectiveness.

As the market continues to grow and companies vie for a prime position on the shelf, creating a visual impact has become increasingly important. Making a Lasting Impression

Promoting a groundbreaking special such as the Discovery Channel’s When Dinosaurs Roamed America was a task of epic proportions. But through ingenuity, communication, and the art of multi-level engraving, a press kit folder was created of a deeply debossed footprint of a Theropod dinosaur. Targeting an audience of television critics, television writers and scientific writers, the goal of the press kit was to get press coverage prior to the show airing in magazines such at TV Guide, Entertainment Weekly, and Discover.
